Wishes, a sweet and blind Mustang mare, lived at the Sanctuary for 13 years and passed away at 33 from colic.
She arrived with Shane, her seeing-eye horse, and bonded with companion horses: Cash, Eddie, and Ladybird. Ladybird stood by her side daily, even during her final moments.
Despite her blindness, Wishes navigated the field and socialized with her herd, leaving a lasting impression. Her absence is deeply felt by those who knew her.
